Context
I needed to design and define the behavior of the flow of the registration process to temi app.
temi mobile app is an app that gives you the ability to call and navigate your temi robot. In addition, all the temi activities can be followed from the app, and you can call other users via mobile app - like regular video calls. I was assigned to this project because of my experience in designing user experiences and user interfaces in mobile apps, I assisted the team with understanding the context of the product and the users it would serve.
Goals: Design a screen flow and user interface for the target audience.
Team: I lead the project and work in collaboration with the VP of Product, Mobile team manager, and developers.
Work Type: Agile.
Success Metrics: Users will successfully finish registration and will not stuck at any flow/page.
The role of the registration process at temi mobile app

The registration process defines whether the users will stay in the app. It should be fast, easy, and should have learning curves.
The process should have a couple of functions: 
1. Users should agree to terms and conditions
2. The server should save the user clientID and verify that the user is real - SMS verification process
3. The user should create a profile - picture, name, email
4. User can activate temi at the end of the activation process
Talk to potential users
Based on the information gathered in interviews, I formed a persona. 
Almost everyone today is familiar with the concept registration process. 
Interviews were made with all types of people to gather ideas and understand what should be done.
Move forward with assumptions 
1.  Registration process should be fast and easy 
2. Errors during this process should be handled very thoroughly
